Beyond the public website, UR Web Requests was behind a login for VCU and VCU Health employees only.

I built a customized "Help Center" and portal in Jira Service Desk. There are screenshots of it below the main UR Web Requests website. I also created the UR Web Requests "Info Center" in Confluence. Additionally, I sent out a series of emails using MailChimp to advertise the new UR Web Requests.

The service grew to include a Jira Service Desk and Confluence space for VCU’s Social Media team. An additional Confluence space was built for the Web Systems Library.
